Planning a shipment starts with clear cargo information. FDD Logistics coordinates international freight forwarding from China, including transport planning, cargo preparation, customs clearance support and delivery arrangements.

Send the product name and description, number of cartons, packed dimensions, gross weight, pickup address and complete delivery address. For battery products or electric golf carts, include the battery specifications and available transport documents so the team can assess the shipment.

Your quotation should identify the transport method, collection and delivery scope, handling arrangements and any services included. Confirm the cargo-ready date and receiving requirements before booking. Transit estimates depend on the agreed route and current operating conditions.

FDD coordinates supplier pickup, warehouse receiving, cargo checks and packaging according to the confirmed plan. Keep the packing list, commercial invoice and product information consistent, and notify the team if the quantity, packing or destination changes.

For FBA fulfillment deliveries, provide the shipment plan and warehouse details before dispatch. Packaging, labels and appointments must be checked against the requirements for that shipment. For door-to-door deliveries, confirm access conditions and the receiving contact.
